Payment

Cash on Delivery

With the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, you pay for the goods to the courier of the transport company or at the carrier's pickup point, either in cash or by card, if supported by the carrier/pickup point.

Cash

You can pay in cash at our pickup point in Ostrava. We also accept payment cards.

Bank Transfer

After completing the order, you will be prompted to make a payment via bank transfer. In the final step of the order, we will display payment details, including the option to pay via a QR code. This information will also be sent to your email.

Online Payment

Online payments are processed for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments processed through the payment gateway are fully secured, and all information is encrypted.

Card Payment

The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code – the three digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you will likely be asked to enter a numeric code received via SMS from your bank.

Bank Transfer Payment

Instant payment through internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the pre-prepared payment order.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately, and we will proceed with the order without delay.
