Payment
Cash on delivery
When paying cash on delivery, you pay for the goods to the courier or at the carrier’s pickup point. Payment is possible in cash or by card if the carrier or pickup point supports it.
Cash / card during personal pickup
When collecting your order personally in Ostrava, you can pay in cash. We also accept payment cards.
Bank transfer
After completing your order, we will display the payment details for a bank transfer. In the last step of the order, you will also find an option to pay using a QR code. We will also send the payment details by e-mail.
Online payment
Online payments are processed for us by the ComGate payment gateway. Payment is fast, secure and confirmed immediately.
Online payment via ComGate
Online payments are processed for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the gateway are secure and all information is encrypted.
Card payment
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway, you enter your card number, expiration date and CVC code. The payment is secured by the 3D Secure standard.
Bank transfer payment
Instant payment through internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you confirm the prepared payment order.
